1.1 “Event Date” refers to the specific day of corporate, commercial, or private event photography booked with LoveTeekiePhotography.
1.2 “Cancellation” refers to a full cancellation by the Client with no rescheduling. Refer to Section 5 for applicable fees.
1.3 “Postponement” refers to a reschedule initiated by the Client at least 5 calendar days before the Event Date, with the new date to fall within 6 months of the original booking, subject to photographer availability.
1.4 “Work” includes all photographs, digital files, edits, or other photographic materials produced during the commission.
TERMS AND CONDITION
2. Booking & Confirmation
A non-refundable retainer payment is required to secure the booking. No booking is considered confirmed until the deposit is received and this contract is signed. Bookings made with fewer than 3 working days’ notice are considered final upon signing
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to the Event Date unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received, LoveTeekiePhotography reserves the right to withhold services. No final images will be delivered until full payment is made.
4. Cancellation & Postponement
If the event is cancelled, the deposit and any travel or logistical expenses already incurred are non-refundable. One date change may be allowed, subject to availability. Postponements outside the 6- month window will require a new agreement and may be subject toupdated pricing.
5. Travel & Location Access
Any permits, location fees, access costs (e.g., hotel venue licensing, DIFC media clearance), or transport expenses are the responsibility of the Client and must be arranged in advance. Time delays due to access issues may reduce coverage.
6. Professional Conduct & Safety
LoveTeekiePhotography reserves the right to withdraw from any event where staff or equipment are subject to unsafe or abusive conditions, including threatening behaviour, damage to equipment, or exposure to illegal activities. No refunds will be provided in such cases, and the Client will be held liable for any damages.
7. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the intellectual property of LoveTeekiePhotography. Clients receive a limited-use license for internal corporate communications, social media, and promotional use by the client only. Third-party usage (vendors, sponsors, media, PR, magazines) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Images may not be shared with other vendors without express consent from LoveTeekiePhotography. Unauthorised commercial use or distribution will incur a fee of AED 2,000 per image.
8. Photographer Rights & Portfolio Use
LoveTeekiePhotography reserves the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, PR, competitions, and printed portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing prior to the shoot.
9. Confidentiality & Sensitive Content
If your event involves NDA-protected materials, private individuals, or commercially sensitive content, please advise in writing before the event to arrange limited or restricted usage rights.
10. File Delivery & Storage
High-resolution JPEGs will be delivered via a private gallery link within the timeframe agreed upon (typically within 7–14 business days). RAW files are not available for release under any circumstances. Galleries remain active for 3 months. Retrieval after this period incurs a AED 400 fee. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up files promptly.
11. Image Editing & Retouching
All delivered images have undergone professional editing. Additional requests may be quoted separately and must be paid for in advance. Clients may not alter, crop, filter, or edit images in any way (including via Instagram or Canva).
12. Copyright Breach & Scanning
Images may not be screen-captured, scanned, or used in presentations or marketing materials outside the agreed scope. Any distortion or editing of final images without consent constitutes copyright infringement.
13. Copyright Licensing Scope
The provided digital files are licensed for: Website, Social Media, Internal Company Use, Company Marketing Materials, Not for resale, stock photography sites, or external vendor, advertising unless additional licensing is purchased. Licensing fees for third-party usage will be calculated per image and invoiced.
14. Event Scope & Coverage
Photographic coverage is not guaranteed for every moment. The photographer will use their discretion to capture key moments and highlights. Suggested shot lists may be submitted, but coverage cannot be guaranteed.

While every effort is made to securely handle and store your images, LoveTeekiePhotography is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hardware failure, cyber incidents). Once files are delivered, their protection is the Client’s responsibility. If legal action is required to collect overdue fees or enforce contract terms, the Client agrees to cover any legal expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, court filing fees, and debt recovery costs.
AGREEMENT & SIGNATURES
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. By signing below, the Client confirms they understand and accept the above terms and that no other agreements have been made unless stated in writing.
